The Curtice Center leases office space, custom designed for professionals providing mental-health services. In addition to four counseling offices, available for full-time, part-time, and hourly leasing, an upstairs community room is also available to lease for larger groups.
The charming 1906 facade, including the more recent addition in back, had been used as office space for three decades. After extensive rennovation and re-opening in 2007, it has become "home" to mental health professionals promoting growth & healing in the community. Tenants enjoy a prime location that is walking distance to the South Platte River, Arapahoe Community College, Denver Seminary, Light Rail and RTD bus lines, as well as many shops and restaurants in Historic Downtown Littleton.
