The Curtice Center, LLC opened an office building at 5860 South Curtice Street in Historic Downtown Littleton. Designed and developed by experienced psychologist and professional designer, The Curtice Center leases professional space specifically for individuals providing mental-health services. The building combines functionality and comfort to help promote growth and healing. In addition to four individual therapy offices, The Curtice Center offers a community room for lectures or groups. This building has been used as office space for three decades, and after extensive renovation, re-opened its doors April, 2007!

This unique property has a charming 1906 facade, along with a two-story office space added in 1984. Tenant parking is available in back, with ample two-hour street parking for clients in front. Tenants enjoy a prime location that is walking distance to the South Platte River, Arapahoe Community College, Denver Seminary, Light Rail and RTD bus lines, as well as many shops and restaurants in the thriving Historic Downtown Littleton area (www.downtownlittleton.com). Look for the two old-growth trees that share our lot, just south of the Libby Bortz Center, between Alamo and Church streets.
